Latina Lifters x Barbell Brigade strength training workshop. Our coaches taught the foundations of lifting to a packed gym.

Sprint to San Antonio Winery and back in a 5.11 weight vest, then max deadlift reps. Finish and the day pass is yours.

Our in-house powerlifting meet. Members came out free to cheer on the lifters.
